Could I get pregnant at 48

I am 48 years old. My periods are every 29 day. Iam seeing a man same age who claims he has had a vastecomy 16 yrs ago. I am pass my 29 day cycle going on 33. I realize at my age I could be going into menopause. I just need to know could he still get me pregnant?
